We can't believe Hayden will be 10 months old this week! Christmas has come and gone, a new year has arrived and it seems like not long ago we were bringing Hayden home from the hospital. Hayden is starting to express himself more and more now, with his excitement for everything around him, as well as the frustations he is starting to experience - like when we don't let him near the computer because he loves to press the bright blue power button, or when he tries to eat random objects off the floor and is interupted when we try to extract daddy's ear plug or pieces of kleenex with our fingers! Still, there is so much more for him to yet discover and it has been exciting to watch him learn and grow.
Hayden has been crawling for a while now and can maneuver himself very quickly around the house. I can only imagine what it will be like when he can figure out how much more efficient walking is. Hayden has been learning about lots of animal sounds with the barnyard animal farm and animal train he got for Christmas. He loves to dance to the animal train music and move his arms up and down as fast as he can. Here are some photos we've taken over the past few months:
