Unfortunately, this blog post is not full of cute little photos of our new arrival . . . we're hoping there will be one soon . . . I'm now one day overdue and getting very impatient . . .
So, how about I share some cute photos of the kids to get my mind off of the inevitable!
We had a very eventful Spring these last few months and took lots of random photos to remember it . . .

The kids had fun painting their own bird houses (with a little help!)
We went to Michaels and they each picked out their own design - Hayden didn't have any difficulty picking out his rocketship birdhouse, he's taken quite an interest in space lately, learning about all the planets and anything to do with astronauts!
Jonathan and Aubrey enjoying a lazy Saturday morning . . .
And, our latest project, hopefully the last one for the summer, was the kids playstructure in the backyard!
It was quite a family affair - we had Jonathan's dad out working on it one Saturday, then my family from Victoria came out for a visit a few weeks ago and helped finish it off!
And now it's all complete and the kids haven't spent one day since without playing on it (minus the rainy days!) Yesterday was a beautiful 25 degress and sunny, so we converted the slide into a waterslide for the first time (I'll post those pictures next time!) It was hilarious to watch them slide a good 2-3 meters on the grass at the bottom of the slide, which eventually turned into a giant mud puddle!
