With New Years Eve tonight, the holidays are quickly coming to an end and as I look over the photos from the last week, we've had some pretty great memories!
We celebrated Aubrey's 2nd birthday after Christmas with our family. She enjoyed a yummy red velvet cake and lots of presents from her grandparents, great-grandparents and auntie!!
She was quite taken by the candles and sparkler, but had plenty of help from Hayden to blow them out!
We spent Christmas eve and day here at home, then drove up to Edmonton to have Christmas dinner with Jonathan's brother and family.
Hayden had a great time with his cousins for the two and a half days we spent there. I barely saw him! He enjoyed playing nerf guns down in the basement for hours on end and learning how to work the nintendo wii game!
On Christmas eve, Paige and I continued on with our traditional gingerbread house decorating with the kids, but his year I used a mold from this heavy iron pan my mom gave to me last year, and it made it made it so easy!
The kids definitely enjoyed decorating the gingerbread house . . .
